About Us
Pastor Stephen began in New York, where he was raised in a religious home, but like so many people, he lacked spiritual understanding. Through various experiences,
he was driven to the only One who could save him: Jesus. Later, he moved from New York to attend a Bible school in Oklahoma. While he was there he received a
definite calling to the ministry. Following graduation and after serving in full-time ministry as an itinerate minister and youth pastor, he went on to pioneer
Life of Faith Bible Church in Louisville, Kentucky.
He is a dedicated husband and loving father of his two children, Mark and Elissa. Both he and his wife Jeanne lead the church with a heart to see people saved,
filled with the Holy Spirit and grounded in God’s Word. Their desire is to see God’s people be successful in their life mission: Their worship of God, their
fellowship and service to one another, their outreach to the world and in their own personal vocation.
Through the power of the Holy Spirit, he is obeying the Great Commission of Jesus to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
He is accomplishing this through the local church he pastors, The Voice of Triumph audio ministry, The Life of Faith Bible Church television broadcast,
webcasting, book publications, Spirit and Word Bible Institute and itinerant ministry.
Jeanne Fraser has been in full-time ministry for several years, working side by side with her husband, Stephen Fraser, as they pastor
Life of Faith Bible Church in Louisville, Kentucky. Jeanne ministers with a strong anointing in the preaching of the Word, prophetic gifts
and in song. Her bold ministry style is very effective in changing and transforming the lives of those who hear her. Stephen and Jeanne Fraser
have two children, Mark and Elissa.
"Be transformed into the woman you were created to be!" That is the purpose of You Glow Girl ministries, led by Jeanne Fraser. The ministry
is dedicated to helping you become everything that God has created you to be. We host events here at Life of Faith Bible Church, travel to
other ministries, and have great fellowship here locally in Louisville as we seek the great plan of God together as women. Check out our

The Purpose of the Ministry
Our purpose is simply to edify and equip one another with God's Word so we
exalt God with our love, encourage one another
in our faith, and evangelize the world by His power.
We endeavor to be a full service church, ministering to the entire person:
- strengthening the human spirit
- refreshing the soul
- renewing the mind
- promoting Divine health for the physical body
What We Believe?
The Scriptures
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God.
The Godhead
We believe God is One, but manifested in three Persons - the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Water Baptism
The ordinance of water baptism is a symbol of our identification with Christ in His death, burial, and
resurrection from the dead.
Holy Spirit Baptism
The baptism in the Holy Spirit is a gift from God as promised by Jesus Christ to all believers and is
subsequent to the New Birth.
Divine Healing
Healing is for the physical and mental ills of the human body and is brought about by the power of God
through the prayer of faith and the laying on of hands.
Resurrection of the Just
As it is written in the Book of Revelation, after the Tribulation, Jesus shall return to earth as King of
kings and Lord of lords, and together with the saints, He shall reign for a thousand years.
The Vision of the Ministry
Life of Faith Bible Church and all of its members are dedicated to helping people live the exciting life of faith that the Bible teaches.
The life of faith is an abundant, victorious, overcoming life that enables people to live far above all the negative circumstances of this life.
The Bible teaches that it is through faith that we can move mountainous obstacles out of our way, overcome all the evils in
the world and live a victorious life!
...And this is the victory that has overcome the world -- our faith.
